What gets deleted

  • Your account: name, email and sign-in.
  • Every home you own, and everything in it: tasks, records, equipment, costs, bills, notices, tenant links, emergency info, files and photos.
  • Your AI helper questions, photos and answers.
  • Your phone's notification address.
  • Your business listing, if you're its only member.

What's kept, and why

  • If you're a tenant, repair requests you sent stay in your landlord's records, without your name, because they're part of the home's history.
  • If you're a pro, past jobs and invoices stay in the homeowner's records, with your business name.
  • Server backups, if any, are replaced within 30 days.

Delete only some of your information

You don't have to delete your account to remove things. In the app, you can delete a home, a file, a photo or a record at any time.
